How we handle enquiries

The site is a holding page with one form on it. This explains what that form collects, where it goes, and how to have it removed.

What the form asks for

Every enquiry collects:

Depending on which service you choose, it may also ask for details specific to that question — a property's location, your current profession, or a partner's birth details for a compatibility reading. You are only asked what that particular service needs.

Files you attach

Some services offer a box to attach a floor plan or document. The file itself is not sent with the enquiry. Only its name reaches us, as a note that you have one. Acharya Gautam will reply and you can send the file to him directly.

Where it goes

The enquiry is passed to FormSubmit, an email relay service, which forwards it to support@acharyagautam.com. The site is a set of static files with no server of its own, so a relay is what makes the form work at all.

That means FormSubmit processes your enquiry on the way through. They are a third party and their own terms apply to that step. If you would rather not use the form, you can email the address above directly and nothing passes through them.

What it is used for

To answer you, and to prepare the consultation you asked about. Nothing else. Your enquiry is not sold, rented or shared with anyone for marketing, and you will not be added to a mailing list because you sent one.

How long it is kept

Enquiries stay in the support mailbox while the conversation is live and for a reasonable period afterwards, so that a follow-up makes sense. Ask us to delete yours and we will, unless we are required to keep a record for tax or legal reasons.

Cookies and tracking

There are none. The holding page sets no cookies, stores nothing in your browser, and carries no analytics or advertising trackers of any kind. Nothing on it follows you anywhere.

Fonts are served by Google Fonts, which will see your IP address as part of that request, as it does on most sites.

Your rights

Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023 you can ask to see what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be erased. Write to support@acharyagautam.com and say what you want done.

If you are not satisfied with the response, that same address is the grievance contact for this site.

What this page does not cover

Consultations, payments and any products are handled separately and will be explained when the full site returns. This page describes the enquiry form and nothing more.
