What is offered, what is not, and the basis on which consultations are given.

Who you are dealing with

This site is operated by Gautam Prabhakar Naik HUF, trading as Acharya Gautam, Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.

Nature of the service

Astrological, Vastu and numerological guidance is offered for personal reflection and decision support. It is not a substitute for medical, legal, financial or psychiatric advice. We do not diagnose illness, we do not predict death, and we do not guarantee outcomes. Decisions you take remain yours.

What is not offered

These are stated plainly because they are the questions most often asked of an astrologer, and the ones where an answer can do harm.

• The sex of an unborn child. Acharya Gautam will not answer that question, in any form.
• Death, or the timing of one. Not for you, and not for anyone you ask about.
• A diagnosis, or advice against medical treatment. A reading sits alongside medical care and never in place of it.
• A guaranteed outcome. No reading, remedy or Vastu correction is sold on the promise of a result.
• Legal advice. Questions about a divorce, custody or a court matter are read as questions of timing and circumstance. Nothing said is a prediction of how a case will be decided, and it does not replace a lawyer.
• Investment or financial advice. Acharya Gautam is not a registered investment adviser, and nothing said is a recommendation to buy or sell anything.

If you are in danger at home, please speak to someone who can help straight away rather than waiting for a reading.

Accuracy of what you give us

A reading is only as good as the birth details supplied. Where a birth time is uncertain we will say so, and offer rectification or Prashna Kundali instead.

Appointments

Consultation times are confirmed over WhatsApp. Please give at least 12 hours’ notice to reschedule. Missed appointments without notice may be treated as delivered.

The free tools

The panchang, Chandra Bala, moon sign and dasha calculators are provided free and as-is. They are computed to good accuracy but are not a substitute for a professionally fixed muhurat. Do not rely on them alone for a wedding, registry, surgery or any other significant event.

Remedies and products

Remedies are suggested only where the chart calls for them. You are never obliged to buy anything. No product sold here is claimed to cure disease or guarantee a financial result.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, with jurisdiction in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
