Example: The 16 Zones of a Township

We find the exact north of your plot and grade the 16 zones precisely across the whole master plan, so every tower, amenity and service area is properly mapped before the layout is fixed.

A detailed study of the plan identifies the defective zones and the position of the major elements: the main and service gates, tower heights, the central open space, clubhouse and amenities, power and utilities, and STP and garbage.

We then understand the brief and the constraints of the project and suggest practical improvements while the design is still on paper, so they cost little and need no rework. Planning rules, fire and environment clearances always decide the final layout.
