A Vastu review before you buy, or before you build, lets you act while every choice is still open.

Every report is prepared by Acharya Gautam personally, from the plan, photos and details you send, never by an AI or software tool. It says plainly what works on the plot, what does not, and what can be done about it.

We find the exact north of your plot and grade the 16 zones precisely across its full shape, so every edge, corner and boundary is properly mapped before anything is built.

A detailed study of the plot identifies the defective zones and the position of the important elements: the gate, the buildable area, open space, borewell or water source, septic tank and compound wall, along with slope, roads and surroundings.

We then suggest practical ways to use the plot well: where to build, where to keep open, and where the gate and water belong. Local planning rules and setbacks always decide the final layout.
