When you build on your own plot, the biggest Vastu decisions are made at the start: where the house sits on the land, where the entrance goes, how the rooms are arranged and where the digging begins. They are also the hardest to change once work has started. A review before construction lets you get them right while they still cost nothing to change.

We find the exact north of your plot and grade the 16 zones precisely, so the house is placed on the land with every zone properly mapped.

A detailed study identifies the best position for the house and the open space, the gate and main door, the kitchen, bedrooms, pooja room, staircase, toilets, water tank and septic tank. We also set out the build sequence: the soil test, the first dig on the muhurat, and the borewell and underground tank before the foundations.

We then work out practical changes with your architect while the plan is still on paper. Your approved plan, soil test and title documents come first; Vastu works within them.

Questions

Do I need a final plan?

No. A rough sketch or your architect's draft is enough, and the earlier you send it, the easier it is to make changes.

Can you work with my architect?

Yes. Suggestions are given in a form your architect can use directly. Planning rules and setbacks always decide the final layout.

What if I have not bought the plot yet?

How much does it cost?

The price depends on the plot and the project, and whether you want it online or with a site visit. It is shared once you send the details and agreed with you before any work begins.

Is the report generated by AI or software?

No. Every report is personally reviewed and written by Acharya Gautam, based on the plot and plan you send in.
