Refund and shipping policy

Cancellation windows, what is refundable, and how long a refund takes.

Consultations

Cancel more than 12 hours before a booked consultation and you receive a full refund. Inside 12 hours, we will reschedule once at no cost. Once a consultation has taken place it cannot be refunded, since the work has been done.

Written reports

Reports are prepared individually and delivered within 24 to 48 hours. A report can be cancelled for a full refund any time before work begins. Once delivered it is not refundable.

If we get something wrong

If a report contains a factual error — wrong birth data entered, wrong chart cast — tell us and we will redo it at no charge.

Vastu site visits

Cancel more than 48 hours before a scheduled visit for a full refund. Inside 48 hours, half the fee is retained against the reserved time and travel.

Products

Yantras, rudraksha and Vastu items are energised individually before dispatch. Unused items in original condition may be returned within 7 days of delivery; return shipping is yours unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Delivery

Products ship across India, usually within 3 to 7 working days. Written reports are delivered as PDF by WhatsApp or email — there is nothing physical to post.
