We find out the exact north of your plot or building and precisely grade the zones, to make sure that all zones are properly mapped.

A detailed study of the layout is carried out to identify the defective zones and the locations of major areas like toilets, kitchen and bedrooms.

We then understand the various issues and expectations of the client and try to improve and balance the energies through proper suggestions of remedies, which can be easily implemented without demolition or modification.

₹2,200, covering your question, a plan review if you have one, and the written report. You can add a 30-minute call to discuss the report on the booking form for ₹9,999 more, making the total ₹12,199.

Is a call included?

Not by default — this is a written-report service. If you would like to discuss the report over a 30-minute call, tick that option on the booking form; it adds ₹9,999 to the fee, for a total of ₹12,199. Otherwise, if something in the report needs clearing up afterwards, message Acharya Gautam on WhatsApp.

Do I need a floor plan?

No. A hand-drawn sketch with rough room sizes works fine, or send photos on WhatsApp. If you are reviewing a construction or renovation plan instead, send that.

Is the report generated by AI or software?

No. Every report is personally reviewed and written by Acharya Gautam, based on the plan, photos and question you send in — not an AI-generated or templated report.

Can I cancel or reschedule?

Cancel more than 12 hours before work on your report begins and you receive a full refund. Once the report has been prepared it cannot be refunded, because the work has been done. The full terms are in the refund policy.
