We find the exact north of the society compound and grade the 16 zones precisely across the whole layout, so every building, gate and common area is properly mapped.

A detailed study identifies the position of the building entry, the garden and underground tank, the lift and stair core, the society office, the main gate and the watchman's room, the transformer and DG set, the roof tank and the garbage and sewage areas, and gives an overall verdict on the layout.

We then suggest practical improvements that a managing committee can approve and carry out without demolition. Approved plans, fire norms and society by-laws always come first.
